Coaching
A practice you keep, not a program you rent.
Most coaching is a template with your name on it, renewed monthly until you quit. This is the opposite: an assessment-first build, run in twelve-week blocks, designed from day one to end -- with you holding a program built for the next year, not the next six weeks.
Coaching since 2014. A decade plus across group fitness floors and 1:1, and the programming seat at Level Method.
How it works
- 01
It starts with a real assessment
A proper look at how you move, the old injuries and imbalances, your training and nutrition history, any bloodwork you've got to point us in the right direction, and the life you're fitting this into. Most coaching starts from a goal and a template; I start from how your body actually works and what's getting in the way. This is where most of the thinking happens. You can start it right now -- the free analysis is the first part, and it comes straight to me.
- 02
I build the practice -- durability first
We fix how you move and clear the old injuries before piling on intensity, then build strength on a body that's ready for it. The practice is built around you -- sessions flex to what you need and the time you've got, down to a twenty-minute floor when things are especially tight. Nutrition stays simple and weighted to what you're after. And the two pillars most programs ignore, sleep and the reason you're doing this, get built in from the start, because they're what hold the other two up.
- 03
We run it, then it's yours
We work in twelve-week blocks. A kickoff call walks through the whole program, weekly check-ins keep everything in focus, we review and adjust at the midpoint, and a handoff call at the end makes the program fully yours -- built for the next year, not the next six weeks. Some people need one block; bigger rebuilds might take stacked blocks, each one setting up the next. Either way, this isn't coaching that never ends. That's not good for either of us. The goal is a practice you can run without me, with light accountability afterwards if you want me in your corner.
Who it's for
Remote, 1:1, and built for adults 35 to 60 with some training history -- people who are stalled, restarting after a layoff, or working around a body that's started pushing back. You don't need to be fit to start. You need to be honest in the assessment and willing to run the plan.
It's $1,500 for a twelve-week block, paid up front. Real 1:1 attention, priced like it -- and the block ends with you needing me less, not more.
