What I collect, and what happens to it.

What I collect

What you give me, and nothing sneaky: your name, email, and phone when you fill out a form; your analysis and assessment answers -- training history, injuries, schedule, goals, and any bloodwork you choose to share; your check-in messages once we're working together; and booking details when you schedule a call. Payments run through Stripe -- your card details go to Stripe, never to me.

Where it goes

Into the tools I actually run the business on: my CRM (GoHighLevel) for contacts and conversations, Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting this site, and Google Sheets for delivering your program. That's the whole list. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond these processors.

What I use it for

Building your analysis and your program, contacting you about them, and running your coaching -- the weekly adjustments only work if I know what's happening. Your information is never used for third-party advertising.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data. I don't share it with advertisers. I don't add you to lists you didn't ask to be on, and every email I send has an unsubscribe that works.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime, ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it -- any of it, including your assessment answers. Get in touch through the contact form on this site and I'll handle it personally.
